Trinidad and Tobago - Both "T" hands (palms back) alternately beat drums once for the sign for TRINIDAD; if signing "Trinidad and Tobago" for the whole nation, hit "T" handshapes like a drum twice in neutral space and then add a third hit moving up in the air and slightly to the right (indicating the additional island)
